1) Discovery Chat
A 15-to-20-minute chat to discuss your project and see if we’re a good fit.
2) Proposal
We agree on the scope and pricing of the project.
3) Creative Brief
A one-hour video or in-person conversation to learn more about your organisation, brand voice, target audience, and goals so that I can write compelling copy that sounds like you.
4) Writing and Revision
I do any remaining research needed and write for you. You get to review the copy to ensure it’s on point. Typically, two rounds of revisions are included in a proposal.
5) Close Out
Once you accept the final copy, it’s yours to publish and I’ll send you the final invoice.
How long does a typical project take?
Timelines vary, but most website or content projects are completed within 2–4 weeks. We’ll agree on timeframes up front so you know exactly what to expect.
Do I need to have everything planned before we start?
No! Part of my job is helping you clarify your message. We’ll work together to shape the structure, tone and goals during our creative brief.
