Alpine Edge is a holiday home in Dinner Plain, Victoria. Dinner Plain is a holiday village in the Victorian High Country, 10km from Mt Hotham Ski Resort.
Goal
Alpine Edge’s owners wanted a website that would give them more control over marketing their home, while still directing bookings to the property manager’s booking portal. The goal was to make the home appeal to multi-family groups and stand out against the dozens of similar options in the village.

Approach
During the creative brief, we identified that the main audience was likely a woman organising a holiday for her family to experience the snow with one or two other families. Because the house sleeps 13, it will appeal to these larger groups. I decided to approach the website assuming that, in a group that size, there would be a range of ski and snowboard abilities and interests. I wrote the copy to appeal to the woman as the main decision maker and organiser who wanted accommodation that would keep everyone happy.
