I have a bachelor’s degree in journalism (with a minor in English), master’s degrees in tourism and management, and have completed professional courses in copywriting, creative writing, travel writing, freelance writing, profile writing, marketing and search engine optimisation (SEO). I read books on copywriting and English for fun. (Okay, yes, I’m a bit of a nerd too.)

I have written for international and local tourism brands, industry events, and member-based organisations.

Because I also have management and leadership experience, I understand how content fits into the bigger picture. I write with strategy in mind — making sure your words work hard to support your goals.
